Anas Amin moved to the UAE, to pursue his entrepreneurial vision and, in 2014, founded World Gate Investment, which has since grown into a multi-sector international group active in real estate, healthcare, energy, technology, trading, and sports.

Guided by clarity, resilience, and transparency, Anas Amin has expanded WGI’s presence to 12+ countries, with offices in UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai), Belgium, Spain (Marbella), Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and France (Paris).

Under his leadership, the company has delivered 44+ successful projects, including residential and commercial developments, smart healthcare facilities, energy ventures, and international trading operations.

Born in Morocco, Mohamed Maknoun moved to Belgium at a very young age and has built a distinguished career in real estate, wealth management, and international investment. Since 2014, he has been a Partner at World Gate Investment, overseeing complex portfolios аnd work between the Gulf countries, Europe and Africa

With over 15 years of experience, Mohamed has led high-value projects in real estate, healthcare, and trading, combining strategic insight with thorough market analysis and risk assessment.
